Mark updated Logitech Rumblepad 2 USB Input Map with a new update entry:

Fixed/updated lights toggle button.

In newer versions of RoR, COMMON_TOGGLE_TRUCK_LIGHTS keypress event was replaced with COMMON_CYCLE_TRUCK_LIGHTS, the input map has been updated to work again.

Also, commented out a line I previously forgot to comment out.

Can I Use this for generic gamepad? (Generic gamepad meaning something I Got from AliExpress or something that isn't Logitec, PlayStation Playpad or Xbox controller)
